Yep - wear what you like, and feel comfortable in.
But if you do take a tumble, you'll be picking gravel out of your arse / arms / back / legs / everywhere (delete as appropriate) for weeks.
I quite like a bit of pain, but gravel rash isn't good.

How about a Hi-Vis jacket with tassels I reckon all Harley riders should be made to wear them
Some of us were talking about kit at the hot X bun meet. The best kit in the world is not going to save your life if you hit something hard like a tree, your insides will turn to mush.
good kit will hold it all inside after a good smash ?lol
Yea less mess to clean up
Apparently it's why surgeons prefer to see real bad bike accident cases wearing leathers as although bits and bobs get mashed up the leathers at least keep things roughly in the right place where as textiles can let ti all float about or so I'm told. Racers don't wear leathers purely for the advertising space.
God knows where my b*lls will end up if I hit a tree with my cargoes on ; )
thats why there are large pockets on the side of your legs............... to catch your bollocks
