I was looking for advice on new tyres and found you guys. Happy to join and hopefully learn something from you proper bikers. I own a couple of Hondas; a DN01 and a VFR1200DCT so in the absence of a clutch I can't claim to be a biker.... The only difference is that I do about 25,000 miles a year in rain and shine so I can talk for hours on waterproof gear. Glad to be a member. Tom (Wizzey)

Thank you all for the welcome. I thought I had ticked the box to be notified if anything came back - so no notification meant that no one loved me - and here I find there are more than 20 of you. Thanks it's a very warm and cuddley feeling but I still had to buy my tyres at George Whites. No one can lift a VFR1200 if it doesn't have a centre stand. I'll see if I can work out on this site where you all meet and what the secret handshake is....

Hi Tom, theres no secret handshake buddy, we're all openly friendly!! :)
we meet on Wednesday evenings at The Harp and Crown, Gastard near Corsham.... 7pm till unconscious!! :D :D ;D
On Friday evenings we meet at The Polebarn Hotel, Trowbridge, same times.
Keep an eye on the "meets and rideouts" section on the forum, there's always something going on, especially now the weather is improving. :)
