I would take it to the station it was MOT'd at last... may be a trek but cheaper than £400, lol
Try Cridge on Whitehill Ind Estate in Bassett, he's an ex liney so be prepared to lose 20 mins talking Hercs!!
He does all my scoots and bikes, never a problem.

How could they fault the beauty of an F4. Those lights are there for a reason, took enhance the looks. End of haha :P
Its a 400 mile round trip and getting the time to do that is not easy. Especially with me pending leaving the country.

States "change dip plate for UK", which to me reads there is a relocatable reflector inside to give left or righthand dip?
Whether you relocate the same plate or buy a new UK plate I have no idea - but I can safely assume it will not be £400-worth!
most of the 750 sennas were imported from europe as grey imports as the actual importers seemed to be going bust all the time.try the mv owners club someone will have a way around it
taking it somewhere else probably wont work now you have been failed on it, as it's on the system now for the next place to see. check for your self on direct/gov summit or other MOT thingie
