check your bank account, some banks give you cover free of charge as part of your account
Yes but also check the level of cover.some banks give you cover free of charge as part of your account
The cheapest policies are rescue only.
The most comprehensive include recovery, at home and also onward travel.
There's a big difference.
9/10 of bank policies dont include home. Just recovery and onward travel.Originally Posted by Ducatista

I have been recovered twice over a 20 year period, the first time after an accident a lorrry turned up, a slide back recovery truck. The operator had never recovered a bike and promptly broke the mudguard as he tied it down. Lots of forms to fill in and was then told it must have been weak to start off with, the second a man with a proper trailer turned up and was helpfull and polite. I am with the RAC and neither of the recovery men were proper RAC just contractors.
Both call outs were about 15 years ago in Kent
