Just wondering if anyone has done route66 on a bike before and if so, who did you use for the tour operator/guide/etc?
Want to do this in a few years so starting to get costs etc

Good question, one i'd like to know too. Always wanted to do it on an old chop or in a 59 Cadillac.
I watched the Billy Connolly series where he did Route 66 on his Trike. was a good series. Although the roads looked straight :
I don't think it'd be a "ride the bends" type trip or you'd be exhausted after 14. Days of solid throttle-pinned riding! It's more side back, enjoy the scenery and experience America
We watched the Billy Connely series too, looked brilliant!
It would be a cruiser type holiday.

Yup, Harley or nothing for me
You might get to meet Cletus and Brandine
8-)
I used to live in America so have met plenty like them
That link mainly says about unguided tours Stu.
There are guided tours available too, I read somewhere ??
