My nephews just bought a VFR800 and took it out for the first time yesterday. Any info/tips you've got would be helpful?

kevinb. If you plan on taking off the front wheel to change the tire then make sure you have a significant amount of weight on the back... I made that mistake once. took two of us to hold the bike up. oops.
