a couple of 12v LEDs and some bits and bobs for £15!
something could made up for at most a fiver, from a component supplier (maplins, maybe, altho they are not the cheapest)
The price £15 is for a pair .. and they come with the mounting templates and wires .. i thought it was cheap just to light up my mudguards .. let me know if you know where i can get LED marker lights cheaper please ;D

they seem to have a range of 12v leds, holders with leads etc. Some shrink wrap and you'd be away.
bare in mind a 12v white led probably costs 10p wholesale - £15 is one hell of a mark-up, though i do agree they have ironed out the wrinkles with this kit.
Go to your local maplins and take a look at the LED display, some of the latest LED-tech is pretty cool.
also, this sort of thing might be good:

enter in the ebay search box - LED running lights.

Depending on brightness of the L.E.D, supplier etc, a white L.E.D. can cost about £3 plus V.A.T, wholesale.
Blue is the next expensive, followed by, in no particular order, red, green and amber.

i was really pointing out how little these companies pay for them - which is why i pointed to maplin, as they supply directly and thats more like what joe-public will pay.
this is where i get them for work:
