same old. There's one simple answer: Everything In Moderation
I remember watching a documentary a few years ago just after Sir Steve Redgrave was diagnosed with diabetes during his final go at Olympic Gold. These guys would need to fuel themselves with over 8K calories a day. They struggled to physically eat enough during the day to get the required amount so would graze on all the high calorific "bad" foods between meals including lots of sweets!
As you say Dabz, everything in moderation.
Lots of interesting info on this thread but i am pretty sure riding my bikes is alot more dangerous than eating cereal, lots of marg on my sandwiches and sweetner in my tea ;D
+1 agree with you AlexOriginally Posted by matrix
Slightly out of date (copied and pasted from somewhere? Lots of Aussie references). You can no longer buy Margarine in this country.
mmmm I'll inform my kitchen staff about this when next seen -- no idea where the kitchen is
You been watching too much Downton Abbey Col. lol ;DOriginally Posted by Col
While on the topic of food a bit of useless info - the most stolen item of food in the world is cheese. :
I'll do my best to live dangerously on my bike rather than risk eating that ****Originally Posted by matrix
