That figure isn't true and has been manipulated to shock. They've taken the individual costs of medical care and losses on a 1 to 1 basis. Obviously that doesn't happen in real life. That would be like saying your bike cost £10m to make because of all the research and developement that went into it. It's still a great course and is a must for anyone riding on the road. The observational skills taught are worth it alone.
