Beautiful blue skies out there now Dan 8-)
I've gotoxford's bone dry wet weather kit. Rode for 8hrs across Deutschland in the pouring rain and didn't feel a drop. Only cost £40 too.
I have Oxford bone dry boots
10 mins in the rain is too much for them ;D ;D ;D

my waterproofs i wear are fine, lewis jacket and Spada trousers but my new tank bag thats supposed to be waterproof isn't, first time its been in heavy rain but won't take it when already raining as my oxford tail pack IS waterproof
Tank bags suck anyway. Can't see the instuments, can't get behind the screen.Originally Posted by porkies

can see my dash fine as its not fully loaded, yeah it has a seperate waterproof cover (like the '95 army bergen) but its arse in the wet, contents will go in a dry bag from now on and it can just dry it's self out but the rain has made all the glue from the magnet pouches leech onto the tank, why it couldnd't be stitched i'll never know, worst purchase in ages
Dan,
I have got a Riossi tank bag with a dry bag inside it, best £25 spent on ebay. The dry bag was £15 of that!
