For anyone considering buying a sports camera, I thought I would share my experiences with the SJ4000 which is a GoPro clone type camera. They can be had for less than £40 delivered from UK suppliers, offer decent video quality, lots of brackets and mounting options, all for a fraction of the price of a GoPro. You have to buy a micro SD card, but these can be had for around £11 for a 32gb card, and you would have to buy one for the GoPro as well. I would also suggest a spare battery or two (around £5 each), the battery lasts for about an hour. I have used it on a track day, drag racing, scuba diving and skiing and I am very pleased with it. If you are doing a track day this year, it could be just the toy you need
