Thanks for the welcome people. Scott W, I found the site when I was Googling to try and find info on a course on Wiltshire 1st Aid for bikers day.

A course like that is well worth doing. RVFBabe and I did one a good few years back and although it was just a first aid course, we asked about using our helmets etc... for the exercises they give and we learnt a lot as did the others on the course I think as it gave them a completely different view point to a rider with a helmet on and what you should/shouldn't do.
