    Hi folks

Met a few of you for the first time at the pub meet in Chippenham last Monday.

Most of my mileage is done commuting between Chippenham and Trowbridge and I ride every day, all year round - except in the ice and snow. My main bike has done nearly 10K since I bought it this time last year.

As I already belong to two very active local clubs, much of my time is already spoken for, but I will definitely keep an eye on the Wiltshire Bikers forum to see what else might be happening.

Don't forget . . . . bikes were designed for enjoying this world, not as a means of entering the next!

    Take care y'all

We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

If you look up Goggomobil on Google, they were a German company that made a wide variety of cars (250cc to 3.0 ltr) in the '50's, but they hit financial troubles and were eventually bought out by BMW.

Many yars ago I owned a 2 stroke 300cc Goggomobil coupe which was like a motocycle on 4 wheels - great fun!

    Here endeth the history lesson . . . . . .
