welcome! I looked everywhere for a decent condition thundercat last summer - ended up with the TT600 instead which is a cracking bike. got any pics mate?

Welcome Dave, the R1 is wonderful looking bike, after the Thundercat I think you will love it. Hope to see the new beast out on a rideout sometime. Have fun
