You generally get what you pay for mate but if it was me I would go for the EBC ones

You may pay a bit more but I have found them very good pads.

The cheap ones are usually a very soft compound

EBC or Bendix HH (sintered), whilst the Brembo ones are also good, they (have for me) wreck your discs.

Iv used EBC and they wear your discs down quite quick though they are good in every other respect.iv used Dunlop Pads and they were lot better than EBC but bit hard to get hold of unless you order them over the net or dealer dont know any stockists.
Could try Bob Missons in Melksham he can order what ever you need.

The best pads that I've used on the road are SBS Street Excel HS - fantastic stopping power and loads of feel - it's great to feel them work better as they get hotter and end up backing off the lever pressure - recommended [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I've fitted Armstrong pads in the front of the GS as a trial, and I'm impressed! Cheaper than EBC and a lot better wear rate and feel.

Depending on your bike, Blackshadow do pads as well as discs, £15 for both sides on the front. They are copy EBC HH pads, and by all accounts are just as good, worth a punt if funds are tight.
