this is a roller bearing..............or what is left of a roller bearing from my cushion arm of the rear shock.
it possibly explains or certainly contributed to my handling issues.

it literally fell out of the housing :-?
somehow i need to get what is left of the bearing casing out.....beat it out i think ;D

Ah! The suzuki greaseless roller bearing. Standard issue on all suzuki's!!!! Comes with a lubricating rust!!!
Had this on the GS.... Suzuki are f***ers for not putting grease points on the roller gearings.
