Whilst 'flying' over the crest of a bridge Mark Able and us 'trainees' spotted a very sporty looking chap jogging along in the opposite direction hehe.....Dabz was pounding along quite happily in his own world hehehe....(much prefer travelling by bike Dabz hehe) ;D ;D ;D

I was about 4 or 5k into a 12k run..would much rather do that on a bike hehe
