Hello you lovely lot.
My daughter is after a laptop for college/uni and being a student she claims to be [s]tight[/s] skint and her old one is dying/deceased. If anybody has a reasonable lappy they want shot of, could you let me know via PM please?

have you searched online for student laptops?a few places do cheap ones specially for students!im happy to give you my student number if you need to to get an extra discount as well

There's also a students website that gets you ms office for £40 too if se needs it software4students or something like that

My daughter is emergrating and said she has one to sell. I will try and find out the spec tonight. Kev

Either that or just get her current laptop upgraded, add some more RAM and clear the HDD, re-install windows.

If you do get her a new one make sure you sell the old one, you'd be surprised how much you can sell even broken or damaged ones for.
