on my way out tonight driving through longton i saw a bike headlight and some flashing lights heading towards me and it turned out the guy was wearing a jacket with 2 strips of white flashing lights down the front and 2 strips of red down the back!
was a bit of a headturner as i havnt seen that before but is it legal to have flashing lights?

When you said 'Flashing Jackets', I wasn't sure if you were referring to the one's used in the local park by strange gentlemen wanting to display their sunday roast... :P

I've seen something similar on the web Hazel, can't remember which site tho, however I have also seen the other kind of jacket that Mark refers to at very close proximity
