I think most of you know I work as a school nurse in a special needs school in Chippenham. The head approached me asking how we could raise some money to buy new equipment for

    a) our sensory room. Most of the lights systems/bubble machines are years old and stopped working a couple of years ago so need replacing.
    b) IT touch screen equipment

and I thought of all you lot......

Have any of you got any idea's?

Could start by organising a time during the school day, for people who can make it, where you can come and meet some of the kids (aged 4-19yrs) and go from there.

School times are always difficult for me as those are the hours I work...but providing I have no meetings planned I should be able to book Annual Leave once a date is set.

onwards and upwards and sometimes a little sidewards....

I have a provisional date of Friday 27th April 1.30pm -2.30pm...hopefully I will confirm tomorrow.

It would be lovely to have as many bikers as we can.

The children will be brought out to look at bikes and chat....they range from age 4 - 19yrs.
Some children have sever complex medical needs others are autistic or just have learning disabilities.
