Between bath junction and chippenham yesterday were 3 unmarked vehicles on the move, one a new looking dark mondeo, the other a beige volvo estate , and a van which had no outward markings, other than dash mounted blue lights.
The van was a transit connect size, but could have been a citroen/peugeot, with gold tinted rear windows, one to watch out for methinks :-?

Were they apparent by their blue lights, or the occupants?

Lights, they were on a bit of a run, otherwise i wouldnt have known.
