My other half (Nokes) has bought her first bike. She has got a GS500 to run around on and get use to it all. Also she is now going to do her direct access (on her own bike) and get her full licence, looks like I now have run around to nip down the shops on!!

Good luck to Nokes for when she does her DAS!

Hey, you could always use the GS as a practice bike for getting your knee down on!

I'm sure she will have fun on the GS & good luck to her for the DAS.
We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

she wouldn't kill you for getting your knee down on the GS. She would kill you however if you failed to get your knee down but went ass over tit!

Still a naked bike is cheaper to repair.

Not quite sure when he's planning this 'practice' - he'll have to be up before me cos when I get my licence, lie-ins will be a thing of the past - I will be up and out on it! ;D ;D ;D
