I decided that after Christmas too get a lot of riding in, whatever the weather so I am off now to get new bars for the Hog, found a nice pair of wide bars with about 6 inch pullback and 4.5 inch rise from a Fatboy. I have just got kuryaken chrome grips to match the forward controls from an e-bay shop. Should all be done by next weekend at the very latest

Sounds a good plan, but why wait until after Christmas, Rod? If it all gets too much on Christmas day...

We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”

Got the bars done, 34 inch tip to tip, 6 inch rise plus the 5 inch pull back risers and about 6inch pull back, I think it looks good, the whole bike looks totally different and handles a hundred times better ....photos to follow.

Does Father Christmas ride a Hog, or is he just a fat guy with a beard ;D
