Was working @ Avon Tyres, Melksham today and got chatting to a guy in their testing dept.
Ready to go in the yard was a van with a GSXR and sommat else in the back (obviously shod with Avon rubber) so I asked him where he was off to to test them.
Expecting some out-of-the-way hush-hush special Avon Tyres test track somewhere local I was faced with.........
“Oh we’re driving down to Valencia in a minute”
As I said......it's a hard life............... :'(

Thats just typical of that lot!! Any chance to do a duty free booze & baccy run under the cover of a "work" trip!!
