Hello Damion, get yourself off to some bike rallies and socialise, you normally have to be invited to prospect for MCC’s and MC’s first (this can take quite a bit of time and a lot of commitment)

Or you can join owners clubs, groups or forums.

Hi Damion, there are some in the area,Like F_J says is right, depends how deep you want to get into it politically.Try this link for list of MCC rallies http://www.cernunnos-mcc.org/ go to a few and introduce your self im quite sure there is a list of MCC clubs on the net and what area they are in the UK.
