I'm doing a 10k run! Sponsor me?

6 months ago a guy from work challenged me (and him) to train for, and run, a 10k. At the time neither of us could run more than 10 minutes without collapsing so it's been a BIG challenge!

Anyway, the date is looming and we left it until today to sign up so we had plenty of time to wimp out! We'd love to raise a lot of money for Cancer Research UK through this - 1 in 3 of us will get cancer in our lifetime so I feel really strongly about this charity!

I think the same thing every time I get home from work only to go straight back out the door to run round Trowbridge for an hour The Bath Half Marathon is in March..that's even more mad!

Huge thanks to everyone who sponsored me, we raised over £260 between me and my mate! Well above our £100 target! Did the run this morning...the hills at longleat are crazy-steep lol! Did the 10k in an hour and 5 mins which is a good time for me!
