    just got a new carb for my 125 put it on today but it keeps over revving can anyone help..

    a)air leak maybe? check the carb to inlet rubber is seated and sealed correctly - carefully spraying WD40 around it will result in a change in engine note if is drawing air in.

    b) check the throttle is returning all the way down.

    Also check the idle adjustment is right

    i have tryed that its a brand new carb. i dont have a clue what it could be. thanks

    kangchao kc118 with a mikuni 29mm carb bnd new fitted yesterday

    Sounds like too lean on the pilot. Wind the pilot screw in 1/2 a turn and re-try.

    yeah done that still revving like mad need help with it. just wanna ride it not keep messing about with it winding the hell out of me now any help would be most appreciated thanks
