I need to move my old FJ1200 from Swindon just down the road to Highworth, to a friends garage so I can start stripping it down. If anyone has a car & trailer or a van and has the time to help I would appreciate it, I am happy to pay for fuel and time of course.

    Cheers

When do you want to move it? I have a van that can be negotiated...

No problems with using A1 Bike transport, have lready contacted him, but as he is based miles away, and the distance of the move is 10 times shorter than his journey just to get to me, there is a minimum charge, which is fair enough, no point doing a 4 hour job for 1 hours wages, hence the reason I am asking here.

I can do the move pretty much anytime, so whenever suits really. I have no idea on how to tie a bike down either, probably important to mention that as well, lol.

The trailer sounds good Jaydee, but I don't have anything to tow it with, and don't have space to store it lol, and no I don't want a tow bar on my other Fj either. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thanks for the offers of help guys, not sure which one to choose lol. Who is closest to swindon?

Hunar I'm in Swindon and the van is in Blagrove just off J16. I've moved a few bikes using it so should not be a problem mate [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
