I'm after some recommendations on good books that can give advice on decent bike routes both in Britain and abroad, and with helping plan trips abroad, i.e. routes, hotels, legalities etc etc.

I use BMF's The best rides motorcyle atlas. Got one for UK and one for France. The best roads are highlighted and has speed camera locations too. In the back there is a list of rider friendly B&Bs and gites.
