    Any metal workers on here? I'd love to get my VFR800 exhausts gutted! Or, has anybody got any recommendations?

    What nneds doing??? Just the rivets drilling or the end cutting off??

    Is this a VTEC VFR? Did mine a few years back! Will dig out some pics...

    Here you go:



    Standard three-chamber labyrinth baffle on the VFR, gases feed into the first chamber, through a tube into the third, through tubes into the middle - then through ANOTHER tube out the end!

    This, combined with running two silencers off of one pipe makes the bike sound like a C70... Cant be having that. Cut the end section open and remove a section out of the relevent pipes - weld it all back up again! Standard looks when the chrome covers are back on with a MUCH improved V4 sound... 8-)

    (GULP) :-?

    Is it a VTEC VFR the same? Can do! Getting the thing off the bike is a job in itself mind...

    Im sure we can come to some sort of financial arrangement...

    Yeah, 2006. Only difference I know of it an extra heat shield from the old models. PM me a quote inclusive of steps included and estimated labour time for each, with your hourly rate.
