How many times does Scott Redding's bike roll in the gravel trap at Jerez?
|
What's interesting to note is how much work the CRT teams need to do in order to become competitive. On Wednesday Colin Edwards, surely the benchmark for the CRT guys, was a full second slower than Scott Redding on his Moto2 bike. On yesterday's times, Edwards had improved and was 0.3s faster than Redding, but he was a whopping 1.7s faster than the next quickest CRT bike. Hopefully they can get lots of testing done over the winter to reduce the gap to the full factory MotoGP guys. It shouldn't be too long before Edwards is a quick as that POS Ducati! ;D ;D ;D
Can CRT teams, claim factory engines?
I thought the idea of the CRT rule was to encourage the factory teams not to make theirs too fast, otherwise they'll all just get claimed?
or have I missed the point?
Looks like he just let go and fell off in the first video, cant really tell what happened to be honest.
