    a few days after i bought my new alpinestars smx pro boots, my puppy decided it was a great idea to chew the pullcord and outter fasterner off. and then 3 days later a zipped snapped off.

    obviously still being under warranty i took them back to where i got them. they sent them back stating just the zipped had broken and any other damadge was caused by other means not a failure.

    in all credit to alpine they repaired everything......they are good as new

    i a happy lad ;D
