I’ve just arrived home from dropping my wife off at work, travelling up the hill from the Market Place along Bath Street and Butts hill in Frome town centre.
Due to a combination of road resurfacing and the heavy rain through the night, the tarmac is very slippery and potentially a lethal hazard.
The resurfacing work is ongoing. If any of you are using that stretch of road today or during the works period, please ride with extra caution.

Heads up for the A4 around Silbury/Avebury too, caught me out and no mistake tonight guvnor.
