The Wolf run looks interesteing & not too far away.

10k need to start training to be ready :D

A friend of mine did the wolf run a couple weeks ago, she said it was hard work but loads of fun

Find one that's a bit cleaner and I'll do it.
I've just spent £100 on new daps and don't want to get them dirty!

It looks fun although appears to be a little more physically challenging than the 'Commando' run therefore i'd rather do the 5k!
