Another Newbie!

Hi all, I'm at the Defence Academy, Shrivenham until next summer doing a full time masters degree, though some may say it's a bit late in the day for me to be thinking about edukashun.

Just recently chopped in my beloved FJ1200 3CV for a 01 FJR, courtesy of Stu, and am trying to get as much use as poss out of it. There is certainly a bit of difference between the 2 bikes!

I'm also a member of the FJ forum, IAM member and rode once with Wiltshire Riders, who I belive have merged with you guys?

Anyway, hoping to get out there and see you soon, homework permitting!

Hi M8 welcome to WB. Maybe we have been on a rideout already together. I used to ride with WR & I am an associate of IAM.

Did you attend the IAM Observer ride on Sat 31st?

No, I wasn't there. Did get in touch with someone from WABAM some time ago, but never got the time to go on their rides. I think they were from Sainsbury's at Stratton, but don't know if that is still the case. Bit more flexibility with time now, so hopefully be able to get more time on 2 wheels.
