Starter motor not engaging fully?
starter motor sounds ok, like its trying to turn. the noise is almost like when rubber squeaks together with a hint of static ::) if that makes sense?
put it in gear and roll it back/forward hard, engage neutral and try again.
and if it starts what would that indicate?
Sprag clutch fooked.
just looked and mine's not listed as having the Sprag type starter?
Small animal?
Battery ok?
Does it bump?
Sorted, was fueling ok and when bump was popping fuel out the back, gave it a shake :-[ turns out after 15 yrs of driving and 1 yr of riding i've run out of fuel for the first time #i'maidiotbiker.com :-[

LOL i ran out 400 yards short of Membury services, in the roadworks, so they had to shut one lane to protect me and the recovery guys (it was already down to two lanes due to roadworks), 8 mile tailbacks to recover me the 400 yards to Membury to fill up 8-)
