Well as im working nights this week, i always sleep in a bit on the first morning, so you can imagine my surprise when i looked out of my window and saw all this snow!!!
As i had to get up and go retrieve a bike part (long story) when i came home i felt rather board and fancied doing some thing exciting, so i took advantage of the snow and made this!!! :D ;D ;D
What did everyone else do?
Tee!Hee! They sent us home early from work so we left at 14:30 yay! ;D ;D ;D
lol struggled to get to work, slid about everywhere in the car, then was in the work van my mate driving had a dirty gr8 bin lorry take the back of our van out :-/
Had a rather chilly ride to and from work today :o
I spent all day outside, from 7 in the morning till half 4 in the afternoon, standing around stopping people from shooting each other whilst making my own impression as a snowman.
Repeated again tomorrow and Wednesday

I done nothing all day - wasn't happy as my day off loads planned and this stupid white stuff ruined it >:(

Yep sorry to say I couldnt use the excuse of 'Cant get in today' being if I couldnt Ride/Drive I can walk it, so I was at work all day.
I braved it and drove to Newquay and back
me too unfortunatly. close enough to walk it. so sensible shoes on and the heels go in my bag. :)Quote:

I think it was about 10mph
Great fun though. If you've got to drive its got be rear wheel drive.
:) been off all week, cant do much on a build site in this weather, so built a snowman, and had a snowball fight with the 6 yr old....... he lost lol ;D

Went to work which is more than I can say for 17 other work colleagues who live in the same town as our office and couldn't make it in...... I was even prepared, if my road was too bad to negotiate, to walk in despite my back troubles. :(
2 out of 8 in our team got in this morning both of us on foot. I think there was about 40 or so in the whole place - normally about 100+ :D

I made it in, after getting stuck and needing a push at farliegh hungerford! what made me laugh is one of our clients was explaining how one of their staff "couldn't even make it out her road this morning!" - turns out she lives in the same road as me...closer to the main road! Think I may have gotten someone in trouble when I said that I live there and was in the office by 9 on the dot!
All our guys made it in - what a dedicated team :D By the time I arrived they had coffee in the pot and a snowman in the carpark lol

I think we need to have a best snowman topic, evey one can upload pictures of there snowmen and there is a poll to choose the best!!! winner gets a slush puppy!!! lol :D
Well I was told to take the day at home today, how cool is that, mind you I have been working my butt off more than yesterday, think I should have gone in.
As i didnt have work today, i just went sledging with my nephew and 2 nieces!!! Was quite a good laugh!! 8-)

Anyone saw the bloke going about Swindon that was making sculptures?? He did a Elephant with a monkey on his back out side the cinema at Shaw ridge and he said he did better ones the day before.
