Just hit 45 today.
Still young at heart. Taking tablets for blood pressure, etc. Diet controlled diabetic. Obesely overweight, but I'M NOT DEAD YET.
I ride like I stole it, drive like a madman, smoke (because I'm not being told I can't by any government) and drink like a fish.
The last time I was at the doctors he asked if I still smoked, how many, etc, tapped it into his screen and told me I was going to die at 63. I said the way I live my life I was expecting 55. Bonus
