Photo dates

Sorry guys. Look back though the first post we ran about a month ago
It's called Mahooosive wiltshire bikers group photo... or something like that.

Basically we can have the photo taken at Longleat with their consent but they needed to know numbers and a date.
The dates is the 10th Oct, arrive at longleat for about 8 -9am for a photo at 9.15/930 then have to be gone before 10am..... hopefully for a big ride-out

Hi Liam,

I have checked with both our grounds manager and house steward who are both happy for the Wiltshire Bikers to have a photo on the front forecourt of Longleat House. Entrance onto and off the Longleat Estate will be through the main entrance (Longcombe Drive). Follow brown tourist signs from the Warminster/ Frome roundabout, passing Center Parcs and the Longleat Forestry. The turning to Longleat is on the RH side, and signposted by a brown sign again.

Please note that once parked on the front forecourt both entrance paths down to the house need to be kept clear in case access is needed for emergency vehicles

Once you have an idea on rough numbers and the date please let me know so I can let relevant parties at Longleat aware.

Prior to the event can you also please supply me with evidence of the groups public liability insurance - We would need to see that you have at least £5 million.

I have the info you've requested. We'd like to do the photo on the morning of the 10th October (Sunday). We'll arrive as a group between 8 - 8.30am and come in the route you advised. We'll have the photo at approx. 9-9.15am and be out of your hair before 10am.
There will be NO MORE than 40 bikes and one van (which will be the platform for our photographer)

We don't have any insurance as such(other than our bike insurance), this is because we are not a Motorcycle club...or a club of any sort actually, we pay no membership fees and accept our own individual responsibility for all we do together. We are just a keen bunch who love bikes and meeting fellow like minded bikers. We meet up most weeks and thought it would be great to finish the year with a group photo at a famous Witlshire landmark. If you'd like us to sign some kind of waver then we would be happy to do so.

Hi Liam,

This date shouldn't be a problem but I will need to run it by our grounds manager to double check.
As you don't have any insurance I will need to get you to fill in and sign the attached form if ok? Can you also confirm how and when you would be able to pay for the event. Payment will be required either prior to the photo or whilst on site. - Charge of £4 per person.

Hi Steve, many thanks for such a speedy reply.
I have signed the document you sent and will pop it in the post first thing addressed to yourself.
With regards to the monies, i will collect off each individual on the day (cash) and will hand it over to one of your staff members. I'd like to have paid in full prior to the photo, but just know that a few 'last minuters' will attend on the day! Best hand it over in one lump rather than two!
Can you let me know ASAP if there's a problem with this date (with the grounds manager), otherwise we'll go firm on this one and see you then.
