No worries mate i can basically teach u the system that 'Bikesafe' are taught in training.
I have done the standard and advanced courses and they really helped me with my road riding and corners just by sorting out speed and positioning for the corner and learning how to read the bend.
I am off most weekends and occasionally get out during week when kids are at school

You will find Bikesafe really helpful Chris after your lengthy absence from 2 wheels - enjoy the day! Even the 'classroom' stuff is really interesting.
