Just been reading through some of Darrens old posts
To me this one about the rain pretty much sums him up

one time a bloke turned up at the h&c on a ducati with a loud rattling clutch(like most are) and he asked the bloke where he got the tractor from(bloke was not best pleased but darren thought it was hilarious)

Yea I remember that, the bloke didn't realise he had one as well :)
What a shame.. I met him a couple of times and he left a lasting impression.
I found it quite funny how he took the mickey out of all bikes, but saying despite all their quirks it made him feel free.
Ride in Peace Darren.
Crosbie if the family wouldn't mind I would like to attend.
R.I.P Darren. Ride free :-[
I never met him but from the comments it sounds like we would have got on well.
RIP and ride free.
Condolences to his family & friends. :(
Just read this.
