Re: Another case of the ****ed up justice system in UK
Welcome to my world people. This is not an unique situation. I have totally lost faith in the courts through weak sentencing or lack of sentencing which serve as no deterrent to criminals. Prisons are like a holiday camp and hold no fear. All to often extremely violent and dangerous criminal are released after serving only half of their sentence who go on to immediately reoffend upon release. I'm going to stop now before I go on an almighty rant and burst a blood vessel.
Re: Another case of the ****ed up justice system in UK
Absolutely disgusting, not only does he get out of prison early he then leechs off our taxes for protection, and i would bet before he went to prison he was living on benefits as well and never payed any tax to even partially compensate, hope he lives a miserable life and dies a very painful death, pisses me right off to hear crap like this!
Re: Another case of the ****ed up justice system in UK
it winds me up that he would of been on the protection wing in jail to! what protection did baby P have? why should he get any?
Re: Another case of the ****ed up justice system in UK
Don't want to sound all right wing, because i'm not, but all these softly softly do-gooders are to blame.
They believe that the best place for a child is with it's mother, regardless of whether or not they are fit to care for the child.
The government needs to take a stand and make an example of these people. Don't blame the police or the courts as their hands are tied.
At least we know the guys name and what he looks like.
Good luck with the rest of your life, you're gonna need it! >:(

Reminds me of the film 'Star Chamber' [named after a court that used to pass judgement on the wealthy and powerful]where lawyers [?] fed up with soft sentences re-tried a case and then dispensed a death sentence by use of a hitman and that was made c.20 years ago
Re: Another case of the ****ed up justice system in UK
Maybe someone should stitch him up for speeding in an untaxed motor thats running on red diesel.
That'll get him proper time for some real serious offences
If it hasn't cost the powers that be then it's not a real crime
