possible good news on storage front

been speaking to my next door neighbour this morning and ocmmented that I need garage space for the bike...when I said that I'm looking to rent for £40-£50/month his eyes lit up and he said he has half his garage taken up by rubbish (the other half by his porche..he sells sportscars, has his own company). spoke to his wife a bit later and she didn't seem overly keen ("bikes take up more room than you'd imagine don't they?" but she said they'll try to clear some space but it may take a couple months. I've offered use of the van to take rubbish to the tip to speed things along hehe..

Great news mate...go and take him a cup of coffee when he's cleaning it out...lmao
