Bike not starting
Hello . I have not had the time or money to get the bike on the road. I am now in a better place but when I got it the bike out it wont start . I have changed the fuel , oil, and air filter it is a Kawasaki 636 on a 05 plate . Any one got a idea on draining the carbs

Re: Bike not starting
Drain screws on the carbs near the bottom,

Re: Bike not starting
I would also suggest cleaning the carbs as sounds like it is a blockage in the fuel system. Jets could be clogged with rubbish from old fuel.

Re: Bike not starting
Did it run ok before? How long has it been stood? Have you charged the battery?

Re: Bike not starting
Hi mate , is it a zx6r? you have to excuse the question as im not too familiar with kawasaki models, if so, after 2003 it became fuel injection not carbs, so maybe a blockage here, if its been stood for a while it may be worth putting an additive into the fuel to help with cleaning the injectors, charge the battery and give it another go, hope this helps, wes.
