This place has been deserted for some considerable time so I thought I'd chuck a stone into the pond to see if the ripples elicit any response from anyone.
Happy New Year everyone - it's quite some time since we convened at the pub in Broad Hinton for a festive meal, and even longer since doing likewise at the Sally, though a bunch of us shared a meal in Marlborough a few weeks ago and ..Ade joined us!
I know that Facebook precipitated a migration away from forum-based communication, but Gerry and Wes said that the WB Facebook pages are also moribund. Where has everyone gone, how many of them still ride bikes I wonder?

Happy New Year, I like the analogy of chucking a stone into the pond, onwards small ripple returning. Not sure if it will start the waves again but you never know........ Its strange it used to be a busy site.

The forum has defo been the place for tumbleweeds for at least several months, I figured it was that peeps went over to the darkside but I don't do Facehole.
Would of been good to see some old faces at the meals rather than looking at my own old face :)

Hello all - been sometime since I was riding out with you lot on my bright green trumpet 600 - I sold it for a pinball machine. I?ve since become the 27th best ranked Pinballer in the Uk :cool: and recently had a baby! So thinking it will be a good few years before back on a proper bike.. however.. I?m planning a mini moto trip on 23rd May 2026 @trevp @scotty @burbler @dc @last train - anyone fancy it? It?s ?75 for a mini moto & go-kart race (or ?50 bikes only/?45 karts only) - qualifying and laps too - if so let me know! Not sure how best to.. dm me?
