Recommendation for someone to weld a frame

I'm getting a Triumph Bonneville and want to instal a short custom seat but I need someone to weld in a new shortened loop which comes with the seat.

The frame will be cut to enable the loop to be welded in.

Anyone know someone good who'd do this for me?

Would prefer a mobile welder to do it in my garage if possible.

Toph on this forum did some great work for me a few years back on what I thought was an wrecked exhaust system. I don't think he is active online anymore though I sent him a message on FB last week and he hasn't picked it up. Might be worth sending him a PM to see though.
