The new landlords are about to relaunch the pub following a refurb. Chicky spotted this fact on Facetube and contacted them, and they'd be happy to host a bike night as in the days of old - it's early days yet, nothing planned, and there's been a fair bit of traffic about it on the WB Facetube pages. Things will be different to the days of yore, new landlords, the WB (probably plus other local people like Melksham riders) clientèle will no doubt be substantially different, though a number of old faces have indicated that they'd be happy to pop along.
I dare say that all the new aspects won't stop some miserable bell-end bemoaning the lack of Smellyburgers "like there used to be...", or demanding that a pre-meet rideout is organised for their benefit... Keep your eyes peeled for more news folks.
