But it’s ok to go to longleat, Alton towers, the beach, shopping, work, school, beauty salon, hairdresser Etc.
Without seeming like a mad conspiracy nut (I am though:rolleyes:) iv got to say it’s almost like the MOD is using COVID-19 to stop people going to Imber, much like they’ve been trying and failing one way or the other for the last 77 years but this time it’s worked it would seem!

You can sort of go there outside of "opening". The road (track) is open fairly often but is never announced. The REMFs in their little range safety trucks will jog you on if you stop in the village, just tell them to go do some real soldiering as you ride off.

You can also sneak in to Copehill Down but I think it has cameras feeding back somewhere because usually within half hour the REMF truck will appear.
