Hi
I'm Paul. Recently moved to Warminster from Somerset. Been riding bikes for 30+ years.
Just bought a 1996 CBR900RR. Never had a Fireblade before so see how we go. I figured I needed to own a Fireblade at some point.
Looking forward to pub meets and ride outs.

Cheers

Thanks Wes. Looking forward to getting out on the bike soon. Only had chance to test ride it on a dark, damp evening last week before I picked it up in my van.

Finally managed to get out on the Blade today. First proper ride out on it and she's a keeper :)
52K on the clock and still runs lovely. The bike has the odd cosmetic mark but for £1500 I am pretty pleased with myself. After initial worries about whether I would get on with riding position/comfort (I'm 50 this month) I was pleasantly surprised. Well over an hour in the saddle and no aches or pains. Actually found it far better than the KTM390 Duke I had before.
Roads still a bit sketchy in places, bring on Spring :)

Hi and welcome to WB, agree can't wait for spring to arrive. I bet it was nice to get out even if the roads are not that great.

Glad you are getting on well. Ive got a 98 rrw, had it for over 12yrs now, still great fun. Looks a different seat to standard? I like the Harris hanger :)
