Couldn't Resist the Sunbeams

Forced myself onto the bike this lunchtime after another long lay off.

50 mile potter around Somerset in glorious weather. Had to unzip the jacket.

Still very tentative but I think I went round one bend properly (no abuse please you lot).

Still have a few chest / back pains so have booked an appointment at the docs.
